Scaffolding Flying up in the CBD…
As one of our largest projects to date we are pleased to be involved in the remediation works at the Harbour View Apartment building in Auckland’s CBD. The age of the building has dictated that it requires some attention and in addition to some weather tightness issues, the building will be receiving a new coat of paint to make it really stand out in the crowd. Aberdeen Consulting are pleased to be partnered with Andrew’s Property Services for this project and look forward to the successful completion of stage 1 in Q3 of this year.
Works are underway at Kingsview Apartments
Works have commenced on the Re-roof project at the iconic Kingsview Apartments located in Remuera. One of only two major tower blocks in the suburb this 16 storey building is a feature of the local skyline. At over 30 years old the building is ready for its new roof and Aberdeen Consulting are pleased to be working with Auckland Commercial Roofing on this technically challenging project.
Oh and the views are certainly fit for a King…………….
